The following Rules apply when wanting to Black List someone.

Can't:

1. You Can't Black List someone for calling you bad words once or twice.
2. You Can't Black List someone for Leaving a Group in mittle of it all.
3. You Can't Black List someone for taking you mob.
4. You get the Point (hopefully).

Can:
1. You Can Black List someone for Ninja looting items they don't need.
2. You Can Black List someone for Ninja pulling mobs from you more than 5 times.
3. You can Black List someone for being a prick towards others.
4. You Get the Point.
